Welsh Dee - An Evening Return ! - 6th August 2009

The Dee was back to normal levels!! Cabin fever was setting in and I was desperate to get back on the river. I managed to grab a couple of hours this evening and set about after the Grayling on the dry, instant success several fish falling to a size 18 Elk Hair Caddis & 16/18 olive Klinkhammer. The Dee was in fine form fining down nicely, a warm evening and I was having plenty of sport.

The evening accounted for a dozen or so Grayling, the one featured in the video returning to the Dee as always was the best of the session.

The underwater action was taken with my Olympus 850SW (Shock & Waterproof) a cracking camera I have been using it for some time but not had the guts to put it underwater, well I needn't have worried it works fine. A quality camera for outdoor activity especially fishing and at reasonable price.

Anyway a great evening return to the Dee, I'll be back for definite over the weekend.

Until next Time..........................Tight Lines
